This creamy sauce was originally designed to smother southern-fried pork chops. Not a true gravy, Moo Sauce is a versatile topping for anything country fried or for the lactose-intolerant masochist who loves delicious food.
- ½ Stick Butter
- 1 Can Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
- ½ Cup Sour Cream
- ½ Cup Milk
- 1Tbsp Amigo All-Purpose Seasoning Blend (link)
Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir in condensed soup and sour cream until well-mixed. Stir in milk and bring to a low simmer. Season the sauce and smother your pork chops, fried chicken, vegetables, and fingers with it.
